Shipping policy

Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer. auka does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product is not carried out as a consequence. that the data provided by the user is inaccurate, incomplete or false or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user or the retention of the product in Customs.

In the event that customs detains the package, the recipient will have to bear the management costs. This condition is accepted upon completion of the purchase. In those cases in which the item has arrived at its destination and the customer rejects the customs and management payment, this amount will be deducted from the return of the product. 

In no case is auka responsible for the payment of customs management or the derived taxes of the same.

- SPAIN PENINSULA: Home delivery takes 1-4 business days. It costs 6.00 euros

- SPAIN BALEARIC ISLANDS: It has a period of 1-4 business days. It costs 7.00 euros

- PORTUGAL: Period of 1-4 business days. It costs €7.00.

- EUROPE I: Shipping in 1-7 business days. It costs €16.00.

If you prefer, you can pick up your purchase at one of our points of physical sales without shipping cost; We will send you an email informing you that your order can now be picked up at the selected store within a maximum period of 7 (seven) business days.

During certain special periods, shipping costs will be free. These promotions will be notified to registered users in the newsletter with all the necessary information.

The transportation of the purchased items is carried out by Seur. To avoid incidents in delivery (wrong addresses, impossibility of find someone at home, etc.) it is essential to correctly complete the shipping information, and it is advisable to fill in the box relative to the contact mobile phone number.

The maximum time to receive orders is 4 days for national territory and 7 days for international shipments; Delivery times refer to working days and are counted from the moment the order leaves our central warehouse. Shipments will be made from Monday to Thursday excluding holidays and will be subject to the specifications of our logistics operators.
