Refund policy

The customer has 14 days from the receipt of their order to request an exchange or return. The garment must have its original tags and must be in the same condition. Bikinis and swimsuits must be returned in perfect condition, with the original protective sticker, tag, and bag.

*Items from Special Prices do not allow for a cash refund. Only a size or item exchange or a store credit to enjoy that amount again online can be requested. You have 14 natural days to return or exchange items from this collection.

*Items purchased at our physical retail locations do not allow for a cash refund. Only a size exchange or another item of equal or greater value can be requested within 14 natural days. If a refund is requested, it will be issued as a store coupon to be used again at our physical retail location.

All returns made from the national territory (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) must be collected by our transport agency or delivered to one of our physical retail locations. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. 


Exchanges

Only ONE exchange will be allowed. The customer has 14 days from the receipt of their order to request the exchange, which will be processed once it has been verified that the item(s) has/have the original tags and is/are in the same condition as when it was/were delivered.


Exchanges at our physical retail locations will be free of charge, with proof of purchase required.

For exchanges involving home pickup, the customer will bear the cost of pickup and subsequent delivery of the selected item. 


Returns

The customer has 14 natural days for a cash return* from the receipt of the garment. The date on the delivery note will be used. The cash return will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. For returns beyond 14 days and up to 30 days after receiving the garment, a coupon with the value of the items being returned can be requested, which can ONLY be used on our online platform, never at our physical retail locations.

What is the cost of an exchange or return?

 

Returns or exchanges at our physical retail locations are FREE.

For exchanges or returns involving home pickup (Peninsular national territory), there is a charge of 5.00 euros per package.

The cost for returns from the Balearic Islands is 7.00 euros per package.

How do you make a return?

 

We have two options for making a return:

1. In-store delivery
  • Fill out the web form
    Access our web form to let us know which products you will be returning, providing your email or phone number and order number. Follow the indicated steps.

  • Find your nearest store
    Visit one of our physical retail locations. You can check the addresses here. 

  • Drop off the items at the store
    No packaging is necessary. The items only need to have their original tags and be in perfect condition. Remember to show your electronic receipt in any case. 

  • Cash return
    Once the item reaches our facilities and is inspected by our warehouse team, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. The estimated timeframe is 10 to 15 business days, depending on the receiving bank.
2. Home pickup
  • Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges
    Access our web form to let us know which products you will be returning, providing your email or phone number and order number. Follow the indicated steps.

  • Prepare your package
    Print the return slip. You can find it in the email you receive when requesting the return or at the end of the request process.

    Package the items you want to return in a box in good condition and securely closed. We recommend using the auka box in which you received our items. Don't forget to include the return slip.
  • Hand over the items to the carrier
    The carrier will come to collect the package at the specified address. Since we cannot guarantee the carrier's time slot, it is important to request pickup at a location where the package can be delivered throughout the day. There is no need to print a shipping label.

    auka reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the specified timeframe or items that are not in the same condition as when received. In this case, the products will be sent back to the sender at their expense, and no refund will be issued.

Faulty Items

If the item has any defect or flaw, the customer has 24/48 hours from receiving the order to report it by filling out the form here or emailing us at online@auka.es. A picture of the defective item must be attached. After verification, we will arrange for the collection of the item in question and send a new item of the same or similar condition. If the product is out of stock for replacement, a full refund of the order will be issued.
